A semi truck crossed the centerline causing severe crash and injuries.
A local bar kept serving vodka shots to an obviously intoxicated customer and then allowed the customer to go home. Shortly after driving away from the bar, the driver crossed the center line and collided into another vehicle causing the death of the other driver. We represented the deceased’s family in a lawsuit against the intoxicated driver and also against the bar who chose to overserve the driver despite the fact that he was obviously intoxicated. We recovered the $1 million insurance policy limit from the bar and the $25,000 insurance policy limit from the intoxicated driver.
While hosting a community firework show, our client, a volunteer firefighter, was seriously injured by a defective firework. This caused our client’s arterial artery to be severed.
We were able to help our client who was rear ended on the highway by a semi truck resulting in a fractured spine.
A negligent driver rear ended our client causing minor visible damage to the rear of our client’s vehicle. However, as a result of the collision, our client developed Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). We retained a highly respected expert in CRPS to testify that our client developed CRPS from the collision.
