Another Large, Steel Furnace Exploded, Injuring Workers

Recently there was another steel furnace explosion which killed a few people and severely injured several others. It is unclear whether the explosion was a result of mechanical or equipment, or human error. Many times the negligence of a company or even a coworker can cause the injury of an unlucky employee.
