Casa Kids Recalls for Repair Cabina Bunk Beds Due to Fall Hazard
This recall involves Casa Kids Cabina Bunk Beds manufactured in February 2018, June 2018, May 2019, and December 2019. A label on the lower part of the bottom bunk bed’s headboard panel contains the date of manufacture, in a MONTH.YEAR format, e.g., MAY.2019. They are made from Baltic birch plywood, in a combination of natural finish and white painted surfaces.
Consumers should immediately stop using their recalled Cabina Bunk Beds until they have inspected their beds to determine whether the screws that hold the bed’s foundation to the guardrails are tightly in place. Casa Kids is contacting all purchasers directly with detailed instructions on how to inspect and repair their bunk beds. Casa Kids will immediately send a new set of screws to any consumers who alert Casa Kids that their bed’s guardrails are not tightly in place.
Casa Kids has received nine reports from consumers that some of the screws that hold their bed’s foundation to the bed’s guardrails were spinning loose. In one incident, the foundation on one lower bed dislodged from one of its two bed rails. No injuries have been reported.
Sold online at www.casakids.com from April 2018 through November 2020 for about $1,500.

Polaris Recalls Ranger Recreational Off-Highway Vehicles and ProXD Utility Vehicles Due to Crash Hazard – Over 15,800 sold
This recall involves Model Year 2020-2021 RANGER 1000, RANGER CREW 1000, RANGER XP 1000, and RANGER CREW XP 1000 recreational off-highway vehicles and Model Year 2020 ProXD 2000G, ProXD 2000G H, ProXD 4000G, and ProXD 4000G H off-road utility vehicles. The vehicles were sold in the following colors: black, blue, burgundy, camo, gray, green, orange, red, sand, tan, titanium, and white. The RANGER vehicles have three or six seats and the ProXD vehicles have two or four seats. The RANGER and ProXD vehicles have “POLARIS” stamped on the front grille. The model number and VIN are printed on a portion of the left rear frame (on the driver’s side of the vehicle) under the cargo box.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact a Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair. Polaris is notifying all dealers and contacting registered owners directly.
The recalled vehicles were sold at Polaris dealers nationwide from April 2020 through January 2021 for between $13,000 and $31,000.The firm has received one report of the candle holder catching fire. No injuries have been reported.

Haro Bicycles Recalls Masi Evoluzione and Gran Corsa Bicycles Due to Fall Hazard and Risk of Injury
Review Haro’s website for the full list of bicycles involved in this recall, it includes the model year 2017-2020 Masi Evoluzione and Gran Corsa bicycles. The bicycle’s fork steerer tube can break, causing the rider to lose control, fall and suffer injuries.
Approximately 510 units have been sold. The bicycles specialty stores including Sun and Ski and Erik’s Bikes and Fitness stores nationwide from December 2016 through February 2021 for between $1,400 and $6,200.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles and contact their local Haro Bicycles dealer for a free inspection, and repair or replacement of the fork and compression plug.
